Osama Bin Laden

In Honolulu Hawaii born and raised
In the White House I spent most of my days
Wielding clout, reigning, asserting my rule
Trying to find a way to cut the cost of fuel
When a Terrorist named Osama was hiding real good
Forgot to be as sneaky as he should
I told some special ops that they need to prepare
And said "Go to Pakistan and put him in your cross hair"

I called a press conference and when it came near
The network preempted Trump and made his show disappear
Donald cried fouled and said the timing wasn't fair
I told Trump to suck it, and to fix his damn hair!

I finished my speech hoping the world was a little safer
Then I asked God to tell Osama "Enjoy hell mother fucker!"
I went back to my office to Republican's despair
To enjoy my second term in the Oval Office chair

"No matter how long it takes, justice will be done." Obama

10 years, 2 wars, 919,967 deaths, and $1,188,263,000,000 later, we managed to kill one person. Worth it?

Yesterday, on May the first Osama Bin Laden, the mastermind behind the Twin Towers attack was shot and killed. Now before I go any further I would just like to say that I am not against his death, although I am personally against the death penalty I understand the necessity for him to have been shot from a distance than risk more men's lives in arresting him.
What I am against is rejoicing a mans death no matter what crimes he has committed. The achievement itself is nothing amazing, it took a decade and the direct aid of pretty much every other developed nation to bring him down. More importantly I don't advocate the resources used and lives lost in bringing down this man. More than twice the number of men where lost in subsequent wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. The loss of even one more man because of Osama is horrible but twice as many as that original act is unthinkable.
Obama's justification that it sends a clear message to Terrorists that "No matter how long it takes, justice will be done" I believe is one that will not deter terrorists. If Terrorists are going to the extent of engaging in suicide attacks what makes America think that the threat of death will deter them.
Finally, and most obviously everyone must realize that it is not Obama who should be acknowledged for his death but the actual troops who acted in getting him, but I fear that forever on Obama and the death of Osama Bin Laden will become intertwined in the minds of Americans.
What's also worrying is the talk of retaliation attacks, and I think time will tell whether or not this was in fact a good thing.
Anyway, that's just the opinion of a pretentious highschool kid so why would you listen to me anyway!
